'Historical and Alternative Photography Workshops in Ireland' is a page dedicated to workshops, provided by photographer Monika Fabijanczyk.

Historical and Alternative Photography Workshops are practical workshops, giving an opportunity to relive the excitement experienced by the pioneers of photography. They cover unconventional and creative approach to the medium of photography, including use of D.Y.I equipment and 'ordinary kitchen stock' to produce the photographs (coffee, tea, salt, eggs, etc.) These workshops are particularly addressed to photographers, printmakers, artists and those who are interested in creating unique, handmade photographic images on different surfaces (glass, metal, fabric).
These are 'hands on' workshops, where participants produce their own work and leave with the knowledge allowing to start their own practice.

Processes taught include:
Wet Plate Collodion Ambrotype/Tintype,
Cyanotype
Van Dyke Brown
Lith Print
Pinhole Photography
